We use Camplify for all bookings and payments to ensure your security and provide you with insurance and breakdown cover. You'll need to create an account with Camplify and upload a copy of your driver's license for verification before booking. They also store handover checklists and photos in case of any damage.

For bookings more than 30 days away, you only need to pay a 25% deposit. The remaining amount will be deducted from the same card 30 days before your booking. If your booking is within 30 days, full payment is required. You'll also need to complete an identity verification before making the payment.

Yes, you can request to change your booking dates. Go to your booking in your Camplify account and select "Change Dates". The owner will need to approve these changes.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: - Up to 45 days before the booking start date: 100% Camplify credit (Refund available upon request, less $25 admin fee) - 20-45 days before the booking start date: Booking fee plus 10% of total booking value, balance as Camplify credit - Within 20 days before the booking: No credit, no refund Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

You need to be at least 21 years old to hire and drive our campervans. This is the minimum age covered by our insurance policy.

Yes! Absolutely, however there is a small additional cleaning fee.
